We based our ethos on creating a positive environment and a new start for our young residents.Our mission is provide a transition approach to young people.We find especially with our experience that 16+ transitioning either out of hospital, end of pathways plan or out of Ofsted providers following break down are struggling to provider long term care.
Our registration will allow us to provider support till our young people are 24.
We are reaching out now as we find young people either of transition can start now and meetings/ confirmation of beds capacity can be agreed upon registration as we have two houses next door to each other with 3 bedrooms in each one..
